Bhau Bhau Biscuits ships across India. Delivery is charged by the weight of the order and is displayed at checkout before payment is taken.

Dispatch and delivery
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination pin code.
- Orders are shipped through third-party courier partners. Tracking details are shared by SMS and WhatsApp once the parcel is dispatched.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, weather, public holidays, strikes, or an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.
- If an order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, write to sales@bhaubhaubiscuit.in and we will trace it with the courier.
- Local delivery and store pickup are available in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar by prior arrangement.
